Sautéed White Mushrooms 100gr
Shaved Parmigiano cheese 50gr
Chives
1 Courgette (zucchini)
Rocket (arugula) 30gr
2 Red Chicory 50gr
Gems Lettuce 30 gr

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Funghi Champignon fatti in padella 100gr
Parmigiano a scaglie 50gr
Erba cipollina
1 zucchina
Rucola 30gr
2 50gr Radicchio Rosso
Lattugina 30 gr

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
