Lentils, Coriander and Couscous

Ingredients for 1:
Black lentils 100gr
A Handful of toasted Pistachios
Fresh Coriander
3 tbs Hummus with Coriander
Couscous 100gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Lenticchie nere 100gr
Una manciata di pistacchi tostati
Coriandolo fresco
3 cucchiai Hummus al coriandolo
Couscous 100gr

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva
succo di limone
Sale e pepe
