Couscous, Rocket, Mushrooms and Lentils

Ingredients for 1:
Lentils 50gr
Portobello Mushrooms pan roasted 100gr
Couscous 50gr
Rocket(Arugula) 50gr
Handful of Walnuts

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Couscous con rucola, funghi e lenticchie

Ingredienti per 1:
Lenticchie 50gr
Funghi Portobello fatti in padella 100gr (sono simili ai porcini)
Couscous 50gr
Rucola 50gr
Una manciata di noci

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
