Cauliflower, Carrots and Red Chicory

Ingredient for 1:
Julienne of 1 Carrot
Raw Cauliflower 50 gr (less than a quarter of a whole Cauliflower)
2 Red Chicory
5-6 Sun dried Tomatoes
Handful of almonds (soaked in water overnight)

Dressing:
lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar)
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Cavolfiore, carote e radicchio rosso

Ingredienti per 1:
Una Carota fatta Julienne
Cavolfiore crudo 50 gr (meno di un quarto)
2 Radicchio Rosso
5-6 Pomodori Secchi
Manciata di mandorle (messi a mollo in acqua la sera prima)

Condimento:
succo di limone (o aceto balsamico)
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
