Blueberries, Avocado and Red Chicory

Ingredients for 1:
1 avocado
handful of almonds (soaked in water for at least 30 min)
Blueberries 100gr
Baby Spinach 50gr
1 Red Chicory head

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice)
Salt and pepper

Mirtilli, radicchio rosso e avocado


Ingredienti per 1:
1 avocado
manciata di mandorle (lasciati in ammollato in acqua per almeno 30 min)
100gr di mirtilli
50gr di spinaci novelli
1 testa di radicchio Rosso

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico (o succo di limone)
Sale e pepe
