Ingredients for 1:
Artichokes Hearts 4/5
Black lentils 100gr
Handful of pinenuts
1 gems lettuce (50gr)

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar

Lenticchie nere, cuori di carciofo e lattuga

Ingredienti per 1:
4 / 5 Cuori di Carciofo sott'olio
Lenticchie nere 100gr
Una manciata di pinoli
Lattuga 50gr

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
