Pecorino, Crutons and Blueberries

Ingredients for 1:

Romain Lettuce 100 gr
Pecorino Cheese 100 gr
2 Spring onions
Handful of Wholegrain Croutons
Handful of Dried blueberries

Dressing:
Salt and Pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil

-----------------------
Pecorino, crostini e mirtilli secchi

Ingredienti per 1:
Lattuga 100 gr
Pecorino 100 gr
2 Cipollotti
Manciata di crostini integrali
Manciata di mirtilli secchi

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Aceto balsamico
Olio extra vergine di oliva
