Ingredients for 1:
Spinach 50 gr
1 grated Carrot
Handful of Black Olives
Couscous 100 gr
Handful of pumpkin seeds

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Couscous di Spinaci, carote e olive nere

50 gr di spinaci
1 carota grattugiata
Manciata di olive nere
Couscous 100 gr
Manciata di semi di zucca

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
