Apple, Beetroot and Spinach

175 Apple, Beetroot and Spinach

Ingredients for 1:
1 raw beetroot cut into little cubes
1 Apple
handful of Raisins
Baby Spinach 100gr
handful of pinenuts

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon squeezed
Extra virgin olive oil

Mela, barbabietola e spinaci novelli

Ingredienti per 1:
1 barbabietola cruda tagliata a dadini
1 Mela
manciata di uva passa
spinaci novelli 100gr
manciata di pinoli

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
succo di 1 / 2 limone
Olio extra vergine di oliva
