Roasted Potatoes, Courgettes and Basil Pesto

Ingredients for 1:
1 Roasted potato
1 small raw Courgette
2 table spoon of basil pesto
Chives
pinenuts
Baby Spinach 50 gr

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Patata arrosto, zucchine e pesto di basilico

Ingredienti per 1:
1 patata arrosto
1 piccola zucchina cruda
2 cucchiai di pesto di basilico
Erba cipollina
pinoli
50 gr di spinaci novelli

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
