Goat Cheese, Lentils and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients for 1:
Goat Cheese 50 gr
Brown Lentils 100gr
Mixed leaves 50 gr
2 tbs pinenuts
Chives

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar

---------------
Formaggio di capra, lenticchie e Insalata mista

Ingredienti per 1:
Formaggio di capra morbido 50 gr (anche il Brie fuziona molto bene)
lenticchie 100gr
Insalata mista 50 gr (Riccia, lattughina e trevisana)
2 cucchiai di pinoli
Erba cipollina

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
