Potatoes, Kidney Beans and Dijon Mustard
Ingredients for 1:
2/3 new Potatoes boiled or steamed
Kidney Beans 100 gr
Chives
lettuce 50 gr
Dressing:
2 table spoons Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar

Patate, fagioli e senape di Digione
Ingredienti per 1:
2 / 3 patate novelle bollite o cotte al vapore
Fagioli 100 gr
Erba cipollina
Lattuga 50 gr
Condimento:
2 cucchiai di senape di Digione
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
