Ingredient for 1:
Lentils 100 gr
3 finely chopped and pan fried leeks
Sun dried Tomatoes 6/7
Baby Spinach 100 gr
pinenuts

Dressing:
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Lenticchie, porri e pomodori secchi

Ingredienti per 1:
Lenticchie 100 gr
3 porri tagliatio fini e soffritti in padella
Pomodori Secchi 6 / 7
100 g di spinaci novelli crudi
pinoli

Condimento:
Sale
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
