Brussel sprouts, Quinoa and Spinach

Ingredients for 1:
Roasted Brussels Sprouts 100 gr
Quinoa 50 gr
Baby Spinach 50 gr
Linseeds
Chives

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Smoked Chilli

Cavolini di Bruxelles, Quinoa e Spinaci

Ingredienti per 1:
Cavolini di Bruxel arrostiti in padella 100 gr
50 gr di quinoa
50 gr di spinaci novelli
Semi di lino
Erba cipollina

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
Paprika affumicata
Peperoncino Affumicato
