10/12 Fresh Chestnuts Mushrooms 100 gr
Whole grain rice 100 gr 
Watercress 100 gr
Blue Cheese 100 gr 
Walnuts

DRESSING:
Salt
Balsamic Vinegar
Black pepper
1 tbs of Truffle Olive oil
Extra virgin Olive oil

Riso integrale con Funghi Chiodini, Gorgonzola e Crescione

INGREDIENTI PER 2:
10/12 Chiodini freschi 100 gr
Riso integrale 100 gr 
Crescione 100gr
Gorgonzola (o anche taleggio) 100 gr
Noci

Condimento:
Sale
Pepe nero
1 cucchiaio di olio d'oliva al tartufo
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
