Sun dried Tomatoes, Olives and Ricotta

Black Olives, pinenuts, spinach, Sun dried Tomatoes

Roasted Pinenuts
Black Olives 10/15
Ricotta 150 gr
Spinach 150 gr
a lot of Basil

DRESSING:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
