Mexican salad with black beans, avocado and chilli

Ingredients for 2:
Whole grain rice 150 gr
Black beans 150 gr
1 Avocado
6-8 Cherry Tomatoes
Coriander
1 big red hot chilli pepper

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
a drizzle of lemon
salt and pepper

Insalata Messicana di riso con fagioli neri, avocado e peperoncino rosso

Ingredienti per 2:
150 gr di riso integrale
Fagioli neri 150 gr
1 avocado
6-8 Pomodorini
Coriandolo
1 peperoncino rosso

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
uno spruzzo di limone
sale e pepe
