Chestnuts Mushrooms, Red Chicory and Butternut Squash

Ingredients for 2:

Roasted Chestnut Mushrooms 100 gr
Red Chicory 100 gr
Roasted Butternut squash with Poppy seeds 300 gr
Flacked Almonds

DRESSING:
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Smoked paprika and chilly

Preparation of the Squash:
Cut the Butternut Squash into cubes and slow roasted with the poppy seeds.

Chiodini, Zucca e Radicchio Rosso

Ingredienti per 2:
Funghi Chiodini arrosto 100 gr
Radicchio Rosso 100 gr
Zucca arrosto con semi di papavero 300 gr
Fiocchi di Mandorle

Condimento:
Aceto balsamico
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale
Paprika e peperoncino affumicati

Preparazione della zuccah:
Tagliare la zucca a dadini e arrostirla a fuoco lento con i semi di papavero.
