Carrots, Apple and beetroots
Ingredients for 2:
2 Carrots
2 Apples
1 medium beetroot 100 gr
Broccoli sprouts
Grated and toasted Ginger
Lettuce 100 gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and Black Pepper

Carote, mele e barbabietola rossa

Ingredienti per 2:
2 carote
2 mele
1 barbabietola rossa media 100 gr
Germogli di broccolo
Zenzero fresco grattugiato e tostato
Lattuga 100 gr

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe nero
