INGREDIENTS:
Red chicory 100 gr
Roasted Butternut Squash with sesame seeds 350 gr
Rocked 50 gr
Baby Spinach 50 gr
Watercress 50 gr
Basil
Pinenuts

DRESSING:
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation of the Squash:
Cut the Butternut Squash into cubes and slow roasted with sesame seeds.
