Blueberries, Goat Cheese and Spinach

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:
Blueberries 50 gr
Goat Cheese 50 gr
Courgettes 50 gr
Baby Spinach 100 gr
Pinenuts 15 gr
Lemon Thyme 10 gr

DRESSING:
A couple of pinch of salt
Balsamic vinegar
Organic Extra virgin olive oil.
Black pepper

INGREDIENTI PER 2:
Mirtilli 50 gr
50 gr di formaggio di capra
Zucchine 50 gr
100 gr di spinaci novelli
15 gr pinoli
Timo Limone 10 gr

Condimento:
Un pizzico di sale
Aceto balsamico
Olio extravergine di oliva.
Pepe
