Black beans, Snap peas and Asparagus
Ingredients for 2:
Black beans 150 gr
Snap peas (Mange tout) 150 gr
young Asparagus 100 gr
Lettuce 100 gr
Sunflower seeds roasted with Tamari soya sauce 20 gr

DRESSING:
Tamari Soya Sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Fagioli neri, piselli e asparagi

Ingredienti per 2:
Fagioli neri 150 gr
Piselli piatti (Mange tout) 150 gr
Asparagi novelli 100 gr
Lattuga 100 gr
Semi di girasole arrrostiti con salsa di soia Tamari 20 gr

Condimento:
Salsa di soia Tamari
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale e pepe
