INGREDIENTS:
Beetroots 100 gr
Goat Cheese 75 gr
Carrots 50 gr
Watercress 100 gr
Flaked Almonds 20 gr
Mint 10 gr

DRESSING:
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
2 pinch of Salt

INGREDIENTI:
Beetroots 100 gr
Formaggio di capra 75 gr
Carote 50 gr
Crescione 100 gr
Fiocchi di mandorle 20 gr
10 gr di menta

Condimento:
Aceto balsamico
Olio extra vergine di oliva
2 pizzichi di sale
