Chestnut Mushrooms, Courgettes and Red Cicory

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:
Organic Fresh Red Chicory 150 gr
Chestnuts Fresh Mushrooms 250 gr
Organic Fresh Courgette 300 gr
Thyme 5 gr (around 2 table spoons)
Pistachios 15 gr (around 3 table spoons)

DRESSING:
A couple of pinch of salt
Balsamic vinegar
Organic Extra virgin olive oil.

Funghi Chiodini, Zucchine e Radicchio Rosso


INGREDIENTI PER 2:
Radicchio Rosso 150 gr
Chiodini 250 gr
zucchine fresche 300 gr
Timo 5 gr (circa 2 cucchiai)
Pistacchi 15 gr (circa 3 cucchiai)

Condimento:
Un paio di pizzico di sale
Aceto balsamico
Olio extravergine di oliva.
