Sprouts week



After 2 weeks of tests on sprouts I can say that I don't really like raw sprouts. Their bitter taste doesn't work with my palate. I can get away with alfalfa but sprouted legumes are a bit too much.
What I liked I'd been boiling or stir frying them for few minutes in order to make them safer (killing bacteria) and removing that incredibly bitter taste. What's your take on sprouts?
