Ingredients serving 1:
Rice 100gr
a handful of fresh parsley
5/6 Artichoke hearts in spring water
black lentils 100gr
a handful of pinenuts

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Lenticchie, carciofi e riso

Ingredienti per 1:
Riso 100gr
una manciata di prezzemolo fresco
5/6 cuori di carciofo in acqua
lenticchie nere 100gr
una manciata di pinoli

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.

    1. This salad count as a whole lunch meal and it has 500 calories.

      My salads are not for a diet, they are a balanced meal.

      * UK Department of Health Estimated Average Requirements (EAR) are a daily calorie intake of 1940 calories per day for women and 2550 for men.
