100gr of New Potatoes steamed for 10/15 minutes then let to cool down
50 gr of Green Beans steamed for 10/15 minutes then let to cool down
Cherry Tomatoes 100gr
A handful of Black olives pitted
1 very small red onion finely chopped
Dressing: Vegan Pesto ( 2 handful of Basil, 2 tbs Extra virgin olive oil and 1 handful of Pinenuts, 1/2 garlic clove, 1 tbs of Cider Vinegar)

Fagiolini, patate novelle, pomodorini e pesto
100gr di patate novelle al vapore per 10/15 minuti poi lasciate raffreddare
50 gr di fagiolini al vapore per 10/15 minuti poi lasciate raffreddare
Pomodorini Ciliegia 100gr
Una manciata di olive nere snocciolate
1 cipolla piccola tritata finemente rossa
Condimento: Pesto Vegano (2 manciate di basilico, 2 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva e 1 manciata di pinoli, 1/2 spicchio d'aglio, 1 cucchiaio di aceto di mele)
