Tuna, Shallot and Kale
Ingredients serving 1:
Albacore Tuna in Spring Water* 100gr
A handful of dried blueberries
100 gr of raw Kale massaged with the lemon juice
1 small shallot
A sprinkle of orange (or lemon) zest
Dressing:
1/2 lemon squeezed, black pepper, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt.
* This product comes from a fishery which has been certified to the Marine Stewardship Council's environmental standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. Sustainably fished in the Pacific Ocean. (This is what they say... I hope it's true)

Tonno, Scalogno e cavolo
Ingredienti per 1:
Tonno Albacore in acqua naturale * 100gr
Una manciata di mirtilli secchi
100 gr di cavolo crudo massaggiato con il succo di limone
1 scalogno piccolo
Una spolverata di scorza di arancia (o limone)
Condimento:
1/2 Limone spremuto, pepe nero, olio extra vergine di oliva, sale.
* Questo prodotto proviene da una pesca che è stata certificata dallo standard ambientale del Marine Stewardship Council per una pesca ben gestita e sostenibile. pescato in Modo sostenibile nell'Oceano Pacifico. (Questo è quello che dicono ... spero che sia vero)

I've never thought of putting tuna with dried berries before, I love cranberries in salads this sounds like a fascinating combination
