Rice, Peppers and Rocket
Ingredients for 1:
1/2 oven roasted Red Pepper (for half and hour at 180˚c)
1/2 oven roasted Yellow Pepper (for half and hour at 180˚c)
2 spring onions
100gr of basmati rice
50 gr of rocket (arugula)
A handful of pinenuts
Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Riso, Peperoni e Rucola
1/2 peperone rosso al forno per mezz'ora a 180 ˚
1/2 peperone Giallo al forno per mezz'ora a 180 ˚
2 cipollotti
100gr di riso basmati
50 gr di rucola
Una manciat di pinoli
Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
