Ingredients for 1:
Smoked Tofu 100gr
A handful of toasted cashew nuts
A handful of Chives
Steamed Edamame beans 100gr
2 gems lettuce heads
A Quarter of a Raw Cucumber 100gr

Dressing: Soya sauce, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and Pepper.

Tofu, cetriolo e Fagioli Edamame

Ingredienti per 1:
Tofu affumicato 100gr
Una manciata di anacardi tostati
Una manciata di erba cipollina
Fagioli Edamame al vapore 100gr
2 teste lattughina
1/4 di cetriolo Crudo 100gr

Condimento: salsa di soia, olio extravergine di oliva, sale e pepe.
