Oven roasted new Potatoes 100gr
Mixed leaves (Baby red leaves, rocket/arugula and watercress)
Scamorza cheese 100gr (it's an Italian smoked cheese)
Dressing:
2 tbs of Red pepper Pesto
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper
