1 raw beetroot
Fresh White Mushrooms 100gr
Handful of walnuts
Fresh Blueberries 50gr
Lemon thyme
Baby Spinach 50gr
Dressing
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Funghi, mirtilli e barbabietola rossa
Ingredienti per 1:
1 barbabietola cruda taglata a stecchini
Funghi bianchi champignon 100gr
Una manciata di noci
Mirtilli freschi 50gr
Timo limone
50gr di spinaci novelli
Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe,
