Broccoli, Beetroot and Lettuce

Ingredients for 1:
1 raw beetroot
1 Gems lettuce head
1 Roasted Broccoli head
2 Roasted leeks
3 table spoon of sesame seeds

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Roasted Leeks, Broccoli and sesame seeds:
PREPARATION:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped leeks fry gently for 5-10 minutes.
Chop the broccoli and divide into stalks and heads. Add the broccoli heads and fry gently for 10 minutes, then add 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Dry and fry gently until tender.

Broccoli, barbabietole e Lattugina

Ingredienti per 1:
1 barbabietola cruda
1 testa di lattugina
1 Broccoli arrosto
2 porri arrosto
3 cucchiai di semi di sesamo

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe

Porri, broccoli e semi di sesamo in padella:

PREPARAZIONE:
Scaldate l'olio in una padella e aggiungete il porro tritato, soffriggere dolcemente per 5-10 minuti.
Tagliate i broccoli e dividete in steli e teste. Aggiungere le teste dei broccoli e fare rosolare per 10 minuti, poi aggiungere 3 cucchiai di semi di sesamo.
Fate soffriggere finché sono teneri e dorati.
