Gambetti (bolliti e sgusciati) 100 gr
Punte di asparagi al vapore 50gr
Una manciata di pinoli
Erba cipollina
50gr di spinaci novelli
Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
