Courgettes, Leeks and Rocket Couscous
Ingredient for 1:
2 leeks
2 Courgettes
Rocket 50gr
Couscous 100gr
Handful of Mint
sesame seeds
Dressing:
Red chilli flakes
Smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparations of the Roasted Courgettes and Leeks:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the leek and the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the courgettes irregularly and add them in to the pan. Fry for 15 minutes.

Couscous di Zucchine, porri e Rucola
Ingredienti per 1:
2 porri
2 zucchine
Rucola 50gr
Couscous 100gr
Una manciata di Menta
semi di sesamo
Condimento:
fiocchi di Peperoncino rosso
Paprika affumicata
Sale e pepe
aceto balsamico
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Come preparare le zucchine arrosto e Porri:
Scaldate l'olio in una padella e aggiungere il porro e la cipolla e soffriggere per 2-3 minuti. Tagliare le zucchine in modo irregolare e aggiungerle al tegame. Friggere per 15 minuti.
