1 Raw grated Parsnip
Rocket 50 gr
Pinenuts
Chives

Dressing:
Lemon Juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Fragole, pastinaca e rucola

Ingredienti per 1:
Fragole 100 gr
1 Pastinaca cruda grattugiata
Rucola 50 gr
Pinoli
Erba cipollina

Condimento:
Succo di limone
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale e pepe

    I have made this salad, and have to say it was delicious. Strong taste of parsnip was taken down by the sharpness of the lemon and sweetness of the strawberries. I used mint instead of chives.
