Peas, Cauliflower and Rocket
Ingredients for 1:
Roasted Peas 200 gr
1/2 of a small Cauliflower
Rocket 100 gr
Plenty of Mint
2 table spoons of toasted Pinenuts
Dressing:
Red Chilli pepper flakes
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Piselli, cavolfiore e rucola
Ingredienti per 1:
Piselli arrosto 200 gr (potete usare quelli surgelati, passati in padella con un filo d'olio a fuoco lento per 15 minuti circa)
1 / 2 di un piccolo cavolfiore crudo
Rucola 100 gr
Molta Menta
2 cucchiai di pinoli tostati
Condimento:
Peperoncino secco
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
Hi! I did this one but added some strips of red bell pepper, and instead of pine nuts (not available at my supermarket) sprinkled some zucchini dried seeds! lovely!! thanks for your recipes!!
