Courgette, sun dried tomatoes and parsley

Courgette, sun dried tomatoes, parsley, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil. #salad #foodporn #vegan #vegetarian #raw by Salad Pride
Ingredients for 1:
2 Small pealed Courgettes (zucchini)
A handful of sun dried tomatoes soaked in water for a bit
A handful of parsley
A handful of pine nuts.

Dressing: Sun Dried Tomato cream.
Blend Together: A handful of sun dried tomatoes soaked in water for a bit, a handful of pine nuts, 2/3 tbs of Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbs of lemon juice.

Zucchine, pomodori secchi, prezzemolo e pinoli.

Ingredienti per 1:
2 zucchine piccole tagliate col pelapatate
Una manciata di pomodori secchi immerso in acqua per un po '
Una manciata di prezzemolo
Una manciata di pinoli.

Condimento: Crema di pomodori secchi.
Si frullano insieme: Una manciata di pomodori secchi immerso in acqua per un po ', una manciata di pinoli, 2/3 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva, 1 cucchiaio di succo di limone.

Ingredients serving 1:
Red and White Quinoa 150gr
A handful of Almonds
Chickpeas 100gr
1 hoven Roasted Aubergine
A handful of fresh parsley

Dressing:
1 tbs Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
2 tbs Oat cream
2 tbs tahini
Two pinches of saffron

Ingredienti per 1:
150gr Quinoa rosso e bianco
Una manciata di mandorle
Ceci 100gr
1 Hoven Aubergine arrosto
Una manciata di prezzemolo fresco

Condimento:
1 cucchiaio di Olio extravergine di oliva
Un pizzico di sale
2 cucchiai di crema di avena
2 cucchiai di tahini
Due pizzichi di zafferano
