Cannellini Beans, Tomatoes and Hummus

Ingredients for 1:
Cannellini beans 100gr
Cherry tomatoes 100gr
Mixed leaves (Radicchio, Riccia and lamb lettuce) 50gr

Dressing:
3 tbs of Sundried Tomatoes Hummus
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Fagioli cannellini, pomodorini e Hummus

Ingredienti per 1:
Fagioli cannellini 100gr
100gr di pomodori ciliegia
Foglie miste (radicchio, Riccia e Songino) 50gr

Condimento:
3 cucchiai Hummus con Pomodori Secchi (ricetta in inglese qui)
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe

Ingredient for 1:
Adzuki beans 100 gr
Alfalfa Sprouts
Alfalfa seeds
Gorgorzola cheese 50 gr
2 Spring onions

Dressing:
Balsamic vinegar
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Ingredienti per 1:
Fagioli Adzuki 100 gr
Germogli di erba medica
Semi di erba medica
Gorgorzola formaggio 50 gr
2 Cipolline

Condimento:
Aceto balsamico
Pepe nero
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Salt

Broccoli, Green beans and Leeks Brown Rice

Ingredients for 1:
Brown rice 100gr
1 small Broccoli
2 leeks
A handful of Green beans
Chives
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

PREPARATION:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped green beans and fry for 5-10 minutes.
Add leeks finely chopped. Chop the broccoli and divide into stalks and heads.
Add the broccoli heads and fry for other 10 minutes.

Riso integrale con Broccoli, fagiolini e Porri

Ingredienti per 1:
Riso 100gr
1 piccolo Broccoli
2 porri
Una manciata di fagiolini
Erba cipollina
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Salt

PREPARAZIONE:
Scaldate l'olio in una padella e aggiungere i fagiolini tagliati a pezzi e friggere per 5-10 minuti. Aggiungere i porri tritati finemente. Tagliate i broccoli e dividete in steli e teste. Aggiungere le teste di broccoli e friggere per altri 10 minuti.

Fagioli borlotti 100gr
Semi di sesamo tostati
