Join Mira Manek this July for a beautiful Indian summer feast, made with lightness and healthful delight, followed by glorious desserts by pastry chef, Henrietta Inman. Mira will be whipping up recipes from her recently published cookbook Saffron Soul. The table will be filled with exquisite sharing plates, from masala grilled aubergine to quinoa bhel on chilled watermelon and then delectable treats from the talented Henrietta's book Clean Cakes, Delicious patisserie made with whole, natural and nourishing ingredients and free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Inspired by her mother and grandmother’s cooking, Mira is changing the face of Indian food, creating a new and delicate cuisine bursting with flavour, colour and nutritious goodness.
