Naturally Different Supper Clubs, hosted by Salad Pride, are showcasing passionate and talented chefs and their unique approaches to cooking ethical, natural and tasty food! This Spring we are Hosting Lauren Lovatt of Asparagasm. Asparagasm started out in the capital producing vegan and gluten free dining extravaganzas where collaboration, unusual sharing and creative inventions are encouraged and indulged. Now with permanent residence Lauren is head chef - creating exciting, delicious and totally nourishing food. Having trained with Deborah Durrant and most recently at Matthew Kenney Culinary in California this menu is inspired the most seasonal local produce with sprinkles of superfoods.
