60 Second Salmon Detox Salad for Wellbeing Network
Recipe:
A handful of Roasted Salmon
1/2 Avocado
50g Cucumber
A handful of Mixed Baby leaves (Watercress and Red Lettuce)
2 Spring Onions
Dressing:
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp of cold pressed rapeseed oil
1 tsp of dark soya sauce
A pinch of Salt

A handful of Nordic Pre-cooked Shrimps
1 small Carrot
3 Tender Stem Broccoli
2 small Pak Choi
100 grs Brown Rice
A handful of Coriander
Dressing
1 tbsp of cold pressed rapeseed oil
1 tsp of dark soya sauce
1/2 fresh chilli
