100gr boiled peas (from frozen)
80gr Sun dried Tomatoes in Extra virgin olive oil
1 Raw Courgette chopped (zucchini)
2 spring onions
A handful of mint
A handful of pumpkin seeds

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.

100gr di piselli lessati (da congelati)
80gr Pomodori secchi in olio extra vergine di oliva
1 zucchina cruda a pezzettoni
2 cipollotti
Una manciata di menta
Una manciata di semi di zucca

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto di sidro di mele, sale e pepe.

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Mezza pastinaca cruda taglata col pelapatate (se non la trovate usate pure delle carote) 100gr

50gr Kale (Cavolo nero oppure and spinaci o coste) fatto al vapore per 2-5 minuti
