Cottage cheese, Rainbow Carrots and Spinach

Ingredients for 1:
Cottage Cheese 100gr
1 Purple carrot
1 White carrot
A handful of pine nuts
Baby Spinach 50gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper, Smoked Chilli.

Yocca, carote arcobaleno and Spinaci

Ingredienti per 1:
Yocca (o Ricotta fresca) 100gr
1 carota viola
1 carota bianca
Una manciata di pinoli
Spinaci novelli 50gr

Condimento: olio extra vergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe, peperoncino secco.
