Ingredients for 1:
2 Vegetarian Sausages
Green Lentils
1/2 small Red Cabbage raw finely chopped
Mixed Leaves (lettuce and radicchio)
Whole grains Crutons
2 Spring Onions
Parsley

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper

2 salsicce di soia
Lenticchie verdi
1 / 2 piccolo cavolo rosso crudo tritato finemente
Misti Foglie (lattuga e radicchio)
Crostini integrali
2 cipollotti
Prezzemolo

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto Balsamico
Sale e pepe
