Red Cabbage, Radish and Beetroot

Ingredients for 1:
1 small raw Red Cabbage
5/6 Radish
1/2 raw Beetroot
Lemon Thyme
Sunflower seeds

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice

--------------------
Cavolo rosso, ravanelli e barbabietola rossa

Ingredienti per 1:
1 piccolo cavolo rosso crudo
5 / 6 Ravanelli
1 / 2 barbabietola cruda
Timo limone
Semi di girasole

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
succo di limone

  4. I want a large salad today. This looks refreshing, though I have to go shopping for all the ingredients, except oliveoil and fresh lemon juice.
