Ingredients for 1:
2 big raw Courgettes cut with a potato peeler
6/8 Sundried tomatoes
handful of Pine nuts
Dill
12/14 Black olives

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice
Dried chili peppers
salt

Zucchine, pomodori secchi e pinoli

Ingredienti per 1:
2 zucchine grandi crude tagliato col pelapatate
6 / 8 pomodori secchi
una manciata di pinoli
Aneto
12/14 olive nere

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Succo di limone
Peperoncino Secco
sale
